Some of you may be familiar with my badass exercise routine. However, with classes and student teaching it has been tough to find time to workout. This is how I currently manage my dilemma:
Similarly, due to video games I am a well trained special ops Navy Seal that can take on entire armies singe handedly. However I do have some nasty blisters on my joystick thumb and my knees hurt from sitting so much.
ReplyDeleteAnd they say video games never taught us anything. I'm almost willing to test that theory by showing up in an actual club and showing everyone what I've got.
DeleteSo funny! The boys and I rocked it out in the middle of the mall yesterday. They bigger one (3) started dancing to the music and the little one and I joined in. Whatever works! Visiting from Finding The Funny!
ReplyDeleteI try really hard not to dance in public. It's better for everyone, trust me. But I always think it's fun when I see other moms dancing with their kids.
DeleteLove it!! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much MizTink!
DeleteDANG!!! go girl go
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to go, but I'm not allowed to step too far away from the TV when I'm playing this game. :-)
DeleteI'm impressed that you can dance that hard for 30 minutes. I usually bow out after 2 songs! It is a great work-out, and it keeps us away from things like Zumba, which can make us look like complete morons.
ReplyDeleteI am sure I would look just as foolish doing Zumba, but I don't need a Zumba instructor to tell me that.
DeleteLove the pony tail whip! I am totally adding that to my workout. (came from finding the funny).
ReplyDeleteHubs offered to buy me the grown up version, but I actually like the catchy tunes my daughter's game has. Maybe when I get bored...
DeleteHappy Friday from the TGIF Blog Hop! Great to meet you! Looking forward to getting to know you and now following =)

It is a lot of fun for a workout. And I like that I don't need to publicly humiliate myself. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteWhatever it takes. I'll dance with a cartoon anyday but ask me to do it in front of people? NO way. Found you at finding the funny.

I am thrilled that I was picked. Thanks for stopping by. And yes, you NEED this game.
DeleteAwesome list! I need to go out and buy this game. I mean, workout video.
ReplyDeleteBuy it for your kids for Christmas and then misappropriate it. That's what I did.
